September 24th  2024, the Elizabeth Dole Foundation (EDF), hosted the 9th Annual National Caregiver Convening. VA’s partnership with EDF reflects that caregivers are essential to Veterans’ care, and that caregivers themselves have earned our nation’s gratitude and support. 

We were proud to join the EDF at this year’s this year’s convening—titled, Hidden Heroes Emerging from the Shadows.  This event is the premier conference for those who support military and veteran caregivers in America. It features senior leaders from the VA, private sector, and the nonprofit community.
